Farmer Development

The Farmer Development Programme is a core pillar of the National Maize Corporation (NMC). The programme is designed to improve grain production and productivity, strengthen farmer participation in structured markets, promote youth involvement in agriculture, and reduce reliance on grain imports. Through targeted support, contracting, and partnerships, NMC works with farmers to strengthen national food security and build a sustainable grain industry.
