Youth Incubation Programme

This programme was established in 2024 with the aim of helping youth Agripreneurs with agricultural skills, production resources, mentorship, and other support to help them get established and move beyond the embryonic stage of their farming business. The program plays a key role in promoting youth participation in agribusiness, enhancing food security, and reducing unemployment in rural areas. NMC promotes youth participation in agriculture through targeted initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be Liswati between 18-35 years of age
• Must be contracted with NMC
• Must have access to 2-5 hectares of arable land per individual or up to 10ha of land per group
• The program focusses on youth farmers that demonstrate the ability and capability of achieving set production goals.
• Must have the ability to contribute at least 10-20% of the funding requirement.
• Must be willing to register for insurance. Repayment of advances shall include an additional fee for insurance.
